My painting reflects the quiet beauty of the Nokomis North Jetty Beach, where calm, translucent waters meet weathered stone. Soft layers of blue and green create a gentle sense of depth and movement. This scene captures beachgoers enjoying refreshing moments of tranquility along the shoreline.  This is one of my favorite beaches in Florida.  My husband and I come here often to enjoy the beauty, watch the manatee and dolphins swim, and soak up the tranquility.

This 36"x36"x1.5"  seascape, "Into The Deep Blue," transports the viewer to the edge of the ocean just before a storm rolls in. Layers of moody, rain-laden clouds sweep across the horizon, their dramatic grays and violets contrasting beautifully with the luminous turquoise and deep blues of the water below. In the foreground, vibrant clusters of orange kelp float gently atop the surface.  This painting captures both movement and stillness — the rolling sea beyond the rocks hints at nature’s raw power, while the tidal pool in the foreground invites quiet contemplation.

This painting would make a striking centerpiece in any coastal home, modern interior, or collection celebrating the beauty of the natural world.
